This was a new steak themed restaurant and bar for an experienced local restaurateur. The project is positioned well within a growing commercial area near an interstate exit.
The project included a unique kitchen layout based upon a smaller number of staff, and that staff working more closely together to prepare menu items and operate the kitchen.
