Hammond Heights Renovations
Ft. Campbell, Kentucky
Adjacent the new Village Commons Community Center with the first Starbucks on a military installation, it was a priority of Campbell Crossing LLC through the Military Housing Privatization Act to renovate this existing group of 41 residential multiplex buildings.
Consisting of 4-unit, 7-unit, and 8-unit townhouse buildings the renovations included the addition of a half bath at the ground floor, painting the exterior brick, replacing the siding and shingle roofs, and relocating overhead utilities to underground.
